Design Thinking in the Digital Workplace
A 2020 Intranet Design Annual winner shares their journey to creating a human-centered intranet
Speakers:
Silvia Soccol
Tiziana Carnicelli
Tasked with redefining the way a company of 3,800 employees in 13 locations communicates internally and externally, Angelini (health pharmaceutical sectors) and Avanade (design consultants) employed a compelling and integrated storytelling approach. The enhanced digital experience, the MyA digital workplace project, included a wide transformation program that includes the design of the Angelini intranet, the Angelini Group corporate website, and the Angelini Academy website. The new intranet supports employees as they communicate, collaborate,
and improve individual productivity in their work through the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
In this seminar, you will learn how this intranet team:
- set the right context for their team to ensure focus and success
